Sourced from smallholder farmers in Idido (Edido), in the heart of Yirgacheffe, this washed coffee comes from a region celebrated for producing some of Ethiopia's most distinctive cups. Grown between 1,900 and 2,450 masl from traditional heirloom varieties, it's carefully washed to preserve the clarity, sweetness, and vibrant character that define a classic Yirgacheffe. In the cup: strawberry, guava, kiwi, honeydew melon, peach, orange blossom, and yogurt tart, with a creamy body, balanced acidity, and a clean finish.
