Sumatra is an earthy, deep, complex, full-bodied coffee that exhibits low-acidity smoothness and a touch of forest floor funk. We get creamy and sweet, with a touch of butterscotch, spice, and earthiness. This Sumatra makes a gorgeous crema as a shot of espresso. This is our best-selling coffee. Regional details Tradition runs deep in the Bener Meriah regency on the island of Sumatra, renowned for cup profiles and the classic Indonesian style of coffee cultivation and processing.
