A fruit-forward anaerobic natural coffee from Uganda. Grown above 1,800 meters in southwestern Uganda, this lot preserves an antique, century-old Jamaican Typica lineage. Produced by 300 smallholders with Kigezi Valley Coffee, this rare Nyasaland heirloom underwent a 72-hour waterless anaerobic fermentation followed by slow shade-drying.
