A really stellar new coffee from our recent trip to Oaxaca! We visited this village in the Sierra Mixe region of northern Oaxaca this past February and were blown away by the hospitality and the overall quality that was coming out of this group of farmers. The farmer group was bolstered by a few younger producers who had travelled and learned some roasting and cupping protocols in the city and recognizing the quality that their community was capable of they implemented SCAA cupping protocols in their small village.
