Ethiopian, Brazilian and Rwandan beans work together to create a high-degree of complexity in this blend. Almond notes with a touch of citric sweetness come from the Ethiopian, whilst the Brazilian single-estate bean brings a complex dark chocolate bitterness and vanilla notes to round out the sweetness.
