From bean sourcing, developing roast profiles, quality control procedures and how to improve your consistency, we will talk our way through different types of machinery, heating technology and analytical processes that go into commercial and personal roasting. You will leave this class with a solid knowledge base on roasting, along with a selection of green coffee beans to continue practicing.
