Fazenda Santana is Boarding Pass Coffee’s most popular medium roast, and we often refer to it as our “Goldilocks” roast because it is “exactly right” for every occasion. Besides the Goldilocks story, this coffee has a unique story of its own. This roast is very special to our owners, Murilo and Christine Santos, as it was named after Murilo’s family farm.
