HONDURAS MUJERES UNIDAS is produced by a network of women coffee farmers across the La Paz and Intibucá regions of Honduras. Many of these women manage small family farms, using organic methods and sustainable practices to grow high-quality coffee. These women manage every part of coffee production—from tending the land and harvesting cherries, to processing coffee with great care and precision. Many plant timber and fruit alongside their coffee to improve biodiversity, support shade-grown practices, and create the microclimates that lead to complex, high-quality coffee.
