History This washed Caturra is produced by smallholder families of the Indigenous Inga community of Aponte, Nariño, at approximately 2,150 meters above sea level. The high-altitude environment, cool temperatures, and mineral-rich volcanic soils support slow cherry maturation, healthy cultivation, and exceptionally sweet, complex coffees.
