FLORA | Brazil Flora è il caffè che IALTY ha pensato come primo approccio allo specialty e fin dalla sua prima apparizione abbiamo voluto che si trattasse di un caffè di origine brasiliana capace di coniugare note di cioccolato con un leggero aroma di mandarino. Per il 2024 abbiamo scelto un caffè dall’Alto Caparao, comune dello stato di Minas Gerais, Ad un’altitudine insolitamente elevata per il paese (1300m sul livello del mare), coltivato dalla cooperativa Coopinhal. Una volta effettuata la raccolta, la selezione ed un primo essicamento al sole le due varietà Red Bourbon e Red Catuai vengon
