Valle Del Cauca, Colombian Decaf Coffee
Why we Love this Coffee: What can we say… sometimes you want coffee without taking yourself to the limit. We love sugar cane processed decafs because the profile lends itself to a more familiar balance of sweetness, body and fruitiness that you would find in the rest of our single origin menu. This coffee works on espresso or filter and will help keep things tranquil when they should be. More About this Coffee: Valle del Cauca was once a prominent producer of coffee, but much of the land is now primarily dedicated to producing sugar cane. T his region was identified by Conservation Internation
