The backstory to 'Twenty-Four,' as we call it in our cafes, was to create a blend, considering its primary purpose was to be brewed using the method of espresso and combined with milk. As we have grown in our approach to brewing coffee in our cafes, you rarely find Twenty-Four Karat brewed in our coffee bar locations. Still, quality is constantly controlled in our roastery and set on our retail shelves. I
