The Bean: This is a SHG EP quality coffee that is both Fairtrade and Organically certified and comes from the Cafemex cooperative in the Chiapas region of Mexico. The Cafemex cooperative was founded in 2010 and is comprised of around 1,000 members that harvest 1,500 hectares of land collectively. Coffee grown and harvested by the cooperative ranges in altitude from 800-1200 masl.
