Ethiopia | Keramo Adara
This coffee comes from the Keramo Adara Washing station, located at extreme elevations of up to 2350 MASL in the Bombe mountain range. About 1500 smallholder producers contribute their cherry to create this lot, with the primary variety being Heirloom 74112. The cup is bright and crisp with a pointed acidity and structured florality. We find notes of peach rings, limeade, pear, and elderflower. Keramo is managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma of Daye Bensa, who are also the exporters for this and many of our other lots from Sidama.
