Roasted - Mexican Pantelho Chiapas
From the misty highlands of Pantelhó, Chiapas, comes a coffee that captures the vibrant spirit of its origin. Bright and lively in the cup, it reveals notes of sweet tangerine, delicate florals, and a silky medium body that is both refreshing and beautifully balanced. Produced in limited quantities by Indigenous farming families nestled within the cloud forests of Los Altos, this exceptional lot reflects generations of dedication and the remarkable biodiversity of the region. A blend of Catuai, Costa Rica, and Bourbon varietals brings together elegance, complexity, and harmony in every sip. Ca
