Mario Jesús - Finca Churupampa - Peru
Milk Chocolate, Black Tea, Wild Berry Jam High in the mountains of Cajamarca, things move a little slower. Coffee cherries take their time to ripen in the cool air and under the shade of the trees. That extra time shows up in the cup: smooth milk chocolate sweetness, the gentle feel of black tea, and a touch of wild berry jam with a hint of peach that adds brightness. It’s balanced, comforting, and easy to enjoy! This coffee is so dynamic that it can be brewed as a pour over , on an Aeropress , or as a regular drip brew. This coffee comes from partner farmer Mario Jesús Rufasto in Pariamarca,
