Special Order - Ethiopia Misty Valley G1 Yirgacheffe is naturally processed allowing the coffee cherry fruit flesh to stay intact while drying several weeks in the sun.On the Ethiopian rating scale of G0-G9, our G1 rating is only overtaken by G0 which is considered the holy grail of perfection and found only during rarified times in rarified micro-lot terroir. The initial blueberry notes , like a muffin, of this coffee are breathtaking only to be followed by a fine chocolate crescendo … think of a fine Swiss Lindt Chocolate.There is also the undercurrent of strawberries and some floral notes.L
