Costa Rica San Isidro Natural – Finca Las Mercedes
San Isidro 48 Natural is a varietal with its own identity, grown by Mela Gamboa in Mela's Garden at Finca Las Mercedes in Tarrazú.It comes from the same Sarchimor line as Obata, but San Isidro 48 was selected, grown, and named on Costa Rican soil instead of being bred abroad. Grown at 1,800 meters and naturally processed on raised beds under the sun, it's a smooth, balanced cup with ripe blackberry, crisp green apple, and a sweet hazelnut finish.
