This is our coffee that was previously labeled Dark Roast. Over the years we have from time to time been informed by Coffee Aficionados that what we were selling as Dark Roast should be labeled Espresso, Italian Roast, French Roast or Extra Dark Roast. We knew this, but when we started we wanted to keep it simple. We went with “Dark Roast” being afraid that “Espresso, Italian, French Roast, or Extra Dark Roast” would discourage people from buying it.
