Lowcountry Coffee Roasters · United States
Peru HB
Peru comes to us from central Peru, the Chanchamayo region and is produced in small farms. It is high grown and fully washed. We roast it to a medium roast with low acidity, average body and low sweetness. Has flavor notes of cocoa and almond. A very smooth roast.
