Fair Trade Organic Process: Washed Elevation 1200-1750 MASL Region: Chiapas Country: Mexico Roasting Schedule: Our coffees are currently small batch weekly roasts, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. We roast Tuesday - Thursday and ship on Friday. Orders placed later than 4:30PM CT on Wednesday will be processed the following week.
