Warm and creamy caramel notes and a snakebite of huckleberry acidity finishes in toasted filberts. Named after our neighborhood volcano. Created to wake the sleeping giant. Washed Honduras, Corquín, Copán & Washed Guatemala, Huehuetenango, San Mateo.
