Brazil’s Best Coffees. Roasted in Edinburgh · United Kingdom
Coffee 04: Eduardo Tozi
Choose your options Eduardo’s a Cup of Excellence finalist and Best of Brazil winner. His family has been farming this land since 1880, and his farm is special to us because it’s where we worked when we lived in Brazil – it’s in the deep Caxixe Valley, bordering the protected Atlantic Forest. Coffee 4 was previously produced by Eduardo’s brother and cousin, Fabiano and Anacleto, but he has taken on their coffee so they can focus on the family’s wonderful livestock.
