Rich and earthy, with notes of dark cocoa, walnut, and the dry tannins of a red wine. A truly unique coffee, forest-harvested in Ethiopia’s Kaffa and Illubabor regions, considered the variety closest in flavour to the original wild coffee plant. Full-bodied, with gentle acidity and a chocolatey bittersweet finish. The catchment area for Ethiopian Mocha Djimmah is the largest in Ethiopia. This natural-processed coffee is grown in southwestern Ethiopia in the regions of Kaffa and Illubabor.
