Wrap Party
This edition of Wrap Party brings together two distinct processing traditions. From Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains comes a naturally processed coffee, bringing booziness and complexity. From Kenya’s Kericho County, Lot 20 introduces a carefully managed fermentation approach using koji-fermentation to enhance its red-fruit character and sweetness.
