Emerson Narvaez es un joven productor de la region de Nariño. Especializado en varietales exóticos, innovación en procesos y un control de calidad cuidadoso. Creemos que el Sudán Rumé de su finca el Turpial, es una celebración a la genética y a un procesamiento cuidadoso que resalta en taza, con un perfil complejo a frutas tropicales, como el melón y la guayaba. En frio encontramos violeta, y una fruta de hueso que nos recuerda al albaricoque maduro. Una acidez melosa y un cuerpo estructurado hacen de este café , un lote de alta complejidad distintivo de la región de Nariño.
