About Sítio Mãe Da Providência The son of a coffee farmer, Edenilson fulfilled his dream of following in his fathers footsteps when he bought his first plot of land at age 19. Years later he met Ciomara, a graduate in agronomy and coffee farming studies who became his wife. The couple manage every detail of production with precision: separating lots by harvest time, plot, and ripeness level. This pursuit of excellence led them to the Cooxupé Cooperative whose resources allowed for continued education in soil management, selective harvesting, and controlled drying methods.
