Hinba Coffee Roasters · United Kingdom
Brazil, Rio Brilhante
Grown in the Cerrado at 1,050 metres. Natural process: the cherry dries whole in the sun, and the fruit sugar works its way into the bean over weeks. The result is a coffee with real sweetness. Chocolate, toffee, a clean biscuity finish. Brews well on everything: espresso, filter, AeroPress. If you're new to speciality coffee, start here.
