This washed coffee from Suke Washing Station in Ethiopia's Guji region is produced by around 1,000 smallholder farmers who deliver red cherries to Abdurahman Mahdi’s wet mill in Bule Hora. Grown at elevations above 2,000 meters, the coffee benefits from Guji’ s high altitude, fertile soils, and steady climate, which together support slow cherry maturation and complex cup profiles.
