Another year of sharing the work of Cesar and his family. A coffee we look forward to every single time. This year, an anaerobic washed processed coffee on their biodynamic farm. Most of all Cesar is an incredible kind and humble person that we love to collaborate with. Dagoberto Marin, his father, is a pioneer in growing biodynamic coffee. This started with a commitment to understanding nature and the human being and respect for the biodiversity of the Peruvian jungle. In 2005 he took on the ambitious project to transform 50 hectares to biodynamic agriculture and permaculture to recover soil
