This Matador is a pulped natural process yellow bourbon that’s loved on drip, and a favorite for cold brew. It comes to us from Fazenda Rio Brilhante, a coffee estate in a flat and low elevation area known as the Pâtano micro-region in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
