Guatemala Organic (Light)
For a light roast, this coffee is surprisingly sweet and smooth. It has acidity, but it is much more tame than other light roasts. It has orange and maple syrup sweetness throughout the cup and it finishes with notes of sweet bread. It is extremely well-balanced and is a great place to start if you want to venture into light roast coffee.
