These are a group of humble visionaries who are rethinking approaches to farming to be in harmony with nature and the well being of the humans who tend the land. Smooth and sweet, this is a great afternoon or desert coffee. Very clean with nuances of brown sugar and banana. Highlights of toasted walnut with a final touch of cacao in the finish. City roast (medium-light).
