Tasting notes Milk Chocolate · Vanilla · Toasted Hazelnut The coffee A natural lot from member farms of Coopama, a cooperative of around 3,600 families in Machado, Sul de Minas. The cherries are dried whole with the fruit still on the bean, letting the sugars in the fruit carry into the seed — building sweetness and weight rather than acidity. We take this one further in the roast than the rest of our range, a true medium, which brings the cocoa and toasted nut forward and lets the sweetness sit underneath.
