Ethiopia, Sidamo
Journey to the heart of Ethiopia's Sidama zone, south of Yirgacheffe, where the exquisite Sidamo variety flourishes. Cultivated by family farms within the Hawissa organization, these dedicated growers practice "garden agriculture," nurturing their coffee plants within the embrace of lush forests for natural shade. This unique approach results in a limited annual yield of no more than five bags, making each sip a truly rare and special experience.
