Ein Single Origin aus Brasilien, der ohne Ecken auskommt. Die genannten Aromen sind natürliche Geschmacksassoziationen aus Rohkaffee und Röstung. Dem Kaffee wird nichts zugesetzt. Warum dieser Kaffee so mild ist Roter Catuai aus Matas de Minas, natural aufbereitet und auf Patios sonnengetrocknet. Die Kirsche trocknet dabei um die Bohne herum, das gibt Süße und Körper.
