A creamy and nice espresso that also feels fresh with a hint of sweet notes. A modern take of espresso for those who are tired of the burnt flavors in espresso. This is the ”to go” espresso from coffee. It’s quite light roasted for being an espresso but If you dial it in correctly you’ll get a super smooth and sweet espresso. The base in this coffee is always 50% Brazilian sun dried coffee. It can differs from time to time as I like to try different farms from Brazil, but always sun-dried to get the most creama out of the shots.
