It all started when our Colombian export partners Fairfield Trading put together a regional lot from many producers in Nariño... There was no specific farm or co-op to name the coffee after, so they called it "Zaperoco" after a nightclub frequented by coffee folks in the city of Cali, Colombia. Since our house blend is named after a notorious Boston rock club, we embraced the concept wholeheartedly!
