Sumatra Takengon IKA Mandheling coffee delivers the bold, full-bodied character Sumatran origins are famous for. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah wet-hulling method, this coffee showcases earthy and herbal notes of cedar, pine, moss, fresh tobacco, balanced by deep sweetness: dark chocolate, molasses, and roasted nuts. Low acidity means a smooth, syrupy cup with warm baking spices and subtle dark fruit undertones. Medium to dark roasts bring out its chocolatey, smoky complexity while preserving herbal depth. Perfect for espresso, French press, or immersion brewing.
