test batch/very light - Nueva Esperanza SL9 Washed - 100g (3.53oz) - Roasted 11/04/2026
hi! to be honest this was the first batch roasted of this coffee, while we have a profile dialed to our liking that helps us achieve a roast to our liking even on the first go around of a coffee. Sometimes, different coffees may need a small shift in the way we approach roasting it. While we believe this coffee still performs well in the cup, we believe it may best suit those who like lighter UL roasts :) we will release a more fruit/acid/juicy forward version of this coffee soon so no need to fomo. tastes like: green pear, white tea, apricot Producer/Farm: Reynaldo Luque, Nueva Esperanza.
