Passero's Coffee Roasters · United States
Mexican - Chiapas- organic
This organic Mexican coffee has a wonderfully smooth milk chocolate flavor with a bright lemon finish. These beans are grown in the very high mountains in the native Chiapas region. At this high altitude, the beans ripen very slowly developing a more full-flavor profile. This is known as a clean, bright coffee without the typical earthy tones often found in Mexcian coffees. Roast: Medium Process: Fully Washed Varietals: Typica, Bourbon & Mundo Novo Growing elevations: 4,000-6,800 feet Harvest: March-July
