Santa Cruz Island Blend is our Naturally Grown Espresso, and the N.G. in the name stands for exactly that: Naturally Grown. The beans are Organic, Shade Grown and Fair Trade, from Indonesia and South America. We roast them three ways, Full City (our light), Viennese (our medium) and French (our dark), then blend them together. Smooth caramel and chocolate undertones give it the foundation for an excellent espresso, and it's wonderfully full bodied as a drip coffee too. The decaf version is made with the Swiss Water Process, also known as SWP, so decaf drinkers get the same blend without the ca
