Finca Las Mercedes located at one of the highest points in the mountains of Tarrazu where only the brightest red cherries are picked for sweetness and flavor. Mela Gamboa and her husband Luis Rojas are third-generation farmers at Finca Las Mercedes. We discovered Mela and Luis' coffee estate while researching new undiscovered farms in Costa Rica. Together, we partnered to import their coffee for the first time to the United States and we are so proud to have them with us.
