Haitian Blue Coffee
Haitian Blue is known for being almost identical to Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. It is the same plant varietal and grown in similar soil. It is silky with a buttery mouth feel, creating a serene cup of coffee. No acidity and no bitterness at all. It is Organically grown and Direct Trade (farmers get 250% or more higher wages than Fair Trade says is acceptable). From the highlands of the Norde region of Haiti, this bean is an heirloom to an ancient Ethiopian coffee strain with a rich taste. It is the same varietal as Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.
