New Nostalgia - Costa Rica Tarrazú
New Nostalgia is an anaerobic semi-washed coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica. This coffee was produced by multiple shareholders and processed by the Beneficio San Diego Mill . First, the coffee gets semi-washed leaving a thin amount of pulp still on the seed prior to being added to the anaerobic fermentation tanks. This results in a very clean cup of coffee balanced with a sweet and funky stone fruit and cinnamon spiced flavor.
