Every bean deserves a second shot. Mulligan is our Scratch Series: test roasts, trial batches and prototypes that landed just off the target we were roasting for. Not wrong, just not quite the roast we set out to make. Too good to dump, so we bag them and give them a second shot. Could be a single origin, could be a blend, and no two batches are the same. Rich, full, and a little bit of a gamble. That's the fun. Get it whole bean, or ground for French press and cold brew, drip, pour over or espresso.
