Cafe Suavecito · United States
Guatemala-Acatenango
The coffee hails from the Acatenango Valley of Guatemala. This region is renowned for its high altitudes, ranging from 1,300 to 2,000 meters above sea level, and is home to the Fuego Volcano. This bean boasts delicious bold flavors consistent with the rich soil which fertilized its development. This coffee is a honey process, in which producers leave the coffee mucilage after extracting the coffee been before laying the bean out to dry. This process yields some of the best properties from washed and natural coffees.
