Luna Eclipse Dark Costa Rica
Luna Eclipse is a dark roast single origin Don Claudio from Costa Rica, grown by the Coopeagri farm collective, which is fanatical about producing only noticeably delicious coffee. We roast it dark to show off the coffee's flexibility: real smokiness with hints of cranberry and nougat still in the cup. Named after Luna, a sweet and spicy girl who holds her own with three human brothers. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
