Our medium-dark house blend taking its name from the French for half-moon. This blend takes beans from all three main coffee producing regions: Africa, Indonesia, and South America which comes together as a tour of the dark and rich flavors from each regions. This coffee brings deep roasty flavors balanced against caramelized fruit notes and smokey nuttiness. Tasting notes: Dutch Cocoa, Black Currant, Brazil Nut
