Vietnam Quang Tri Highlands Excelsa
If you're into coffee, chances are you're familiar with the terms "Arabica" and "Robusta." Both are a type of coffee plant, and both are the two main juggernauts that together make up 99% of the commercial coffee world. Up until now, we sourced 100% Arabica coffee. Today though, we'd love to introduce you to a third type of coffee plant: Excelsa! Featuring taller trees with deeper roots systems, the Excelsa plant is the climate resilient coffee tree that is paving the way for the future of coffee in a changing world. It's a hardy variant that grows well at lower altitudes (similar to Robusta)
